- 90 minute online IndividualCircle with a 40 minute follow up with the Emerge Collab team to unpack, untangle, clarify and craft wise steps forward with a wicked problem, sticky issue, overwhelming opportunity, or stuck system.
- 3 hour online Team Circle with a 60 minute follow up as above.

Kate Sutherland
Kate holds space for and attends to the future seeking to emerge. She brings decades of cultivating presence and intuition, and a deep trust that the intelligence of Life is a co-creative partner which we are only beginning to understand and embrace. Known for her ability to foster transformative containers, Kate is increasingly focused on helping leaders and change agents create non-linear change through inner work (i.e. intention, perception, intuition and consciousness), tapping the latent capacity of groups for collective intelligence, co-creation and flow. She is co-founding faculty and executive coach for THNK, and SFU’s Certificate in Social Innovation. Her Emerge Collab nickname is The Midwife.

His career spans technology, consciousness research, strategy, and regenerative business. For more than a decade, Jeff has been exploring the intersection of organizational systems and transpersonal consciousness. His evolutionary approach to leadership integrates intuitive awareness and empowers individuals and organizations to achieve life-affirming outcomes that redefine success. His work is known for reducing strategic planning and decision making timelines from months to hours. Jeff’s Emerge Collab nickname is Merlin
Priti Gami Shah
Priti brings 30 years of experience in advocating, empowering racialized, immigrant and refugee women’s leadership by integrating collective wisdom, skills and gifts to enable and transform individual capacities for sustainable systems change. To influence and guide organization’s to practice Equity, Diversity and Inclusion with a just lens.
A feminist educator, facilitator, social justice activist, and grassroots organizer with committment to create space for invisible voices. She is writer and founder of a strength-based, anti-oppressive transformative curriculum called Pathways to Leadership with immigrant racialized and refugee women which is a unique interactive model of integration.
She was awarded TOP 25 Canadian immigrant award,excellence in community engagement award . Her pursuit of Justice and peace is her way of life .

Christine Spinder
MA is a facilitator, coach and educator with 30+ years stewarding leadership and for sustainable and equitable communities, Indigenous-Ally collaboration, and global game-changing initiatives. Her practices are liberatory, feminist, collective, creative, relational and holistic, embodied and emergent, , supporting leaders to take bold, audacious action for concrete outcomes. Her lifelong work…. with our embodied stories of what is possible, who we are in teh world, and how we connect through world patterns of archetype, symbol, creativity, ritual…..She’s been awarded a Canadian Gemini and was named an Ashoka Social Innovator, and is a co-founder of the Restoring Collective, an Indigenous-ally action-research incubator disrupting the culture of violence and training collective healing, peacebuilding & allyship.
Bradley Shende
A Creative Technologist and natural Nerd-to-English translator Bradley Shende spent decades distilling complex ideas into simple explanations for global audiences and organizations. An entrepreneur in early mobile technology, Bradley spent years developing the digital concept of Connected Life and found it led right back to human systems. As a social impact leader, he’s built environmental think tanks, indigenous accelerators, and disruptive conferences. As a teacher and advisor he’s instructed a new generation towards acknowledging the past, in mastering the present, to create a better future.

“The focus I took into my SupraTank session was an overwhelming opportunity, one that had me questioning my place and capacity as a leader.
