Four one-day workshops to deepen and expand your capacity to lead values-based high functioning teams and projects.

We work with emergence, systems thinking, mindfulness, relationship-based development, inclusion, collective, equity, and joy. All workshops integrate these practices with land-based protocols. We are honoured to be joined by Sandra Greene, Haida Elder.

 

THE WORKSHOPS

1. CIRCLE PROCESS: Friday, Oct 4.

Circle Process for Clear Management: a tool to build your teams’ capacity to work with diversity, coherence, collaboration and vision in complexity, change, and conflict. Circles are practiced worldwide because they work!

2. Emergent Design Friday, Oct 18, 9:30am – 5pm

In our increasingly fast-paced and complex world we need to grow our teams to move with confidence in the face of not knowing. Emergent Design connects systemic evolution into constant opportunity. Learn leadership tools that mirror nature’s process of adaptation grounded in relationships of action.

3. High Stakes Facilitation Friday, Nov 8, 9:30am – 5pm

Systems transformation is possible when the stakes are high and you bring out the truest in your team and partners. Challenges come in old patterns of staying stuck, regimented and ‘othering’. Focalize the readiness for changing systemic blocks by leveraging role, identity, systems insight and fundamental vision.

4. Constellations for Non-Linear Change Friday, Nov 22, 9:30am – 5pm

A powerful practice for transforming the entanglements and hidden loyalties that create stuckness in our systems. Constellations are used in family and business systems to quickly reveal motivations, roles, and ways forward.
